Besides psychological and social catastrophe, the parents are put into severe economical strain and stress. It is all the more severe for those who are not economically sound even to make their both ends meet under normal conditions. Similarly, providing adequate relief facilities for these children and parents in an organised and professional manner is also equally stressful and demanding. Adarsh with its state of the art training and rehabilitating facilities and huge number of trained staff at 1:5 ratio is experiencing huge deficit in terms of its revenue and experience year on year. This is despite generous support given by the Government, like minded individuals, organisations and corporates. Day today running of the institute as per the highest quality standards is a challenge faced by the Team Adarsh today.
