NEWS LETTER

Vol-9:QE:JUNE 2010

As we begin our next academic year 2010-2011, we bring you our news letter the 9th series with some real positive notes.

We always believe and keep proving that all what we have gained in our children of our institution is due to the hard work of our staff rendered whole heartedly. Its not just the effort of a single person, but is the efforts of a team of therapists, teachers and for that matter the entire staff. They together put in their contribution for this positive output. It is with the support and guidance of each one of you we motivate each one at Adarsh. We always consider you as one among us and would like to have a feedback about any aspect of our activities.

This quarter had one of the lower level of activities in May, as our school was closed for summer. April is a month where the main stream rehabilitation centre remain closed. But some of our special departments like physical therapy units are functional even in April.  Here ,  for those children who have siblings, April being summer vacation for them, parents   cannot bring their children to our centre for our programme.  In order to solve this problem this year we introduced a summer camp for the siblings during the month of April. Almost 6 children took part in the vacation programme. A cultural programme was organized by these children for our students on the last working day(23.04.2010)of the academic year 2009-2010.

We re-opened our centre on the 2nd of June 2010 with new admission of around 17 students & still we do have an inflow of students.
